Finca in Santa Ana

with a nice view into the Central Valley

The 9.4-acre property is a few minutes from Super Rio Oro in Santa Ana, at the end of a natural road in a cul-de-sac.

After you stepped through the gate, drive up a few hundert yards, park your car, and then, with 250 fruit trees (tangerine, lemon, sapotille, mango, mombin plum, banana) left and right you make your way from 2,297 ft to an altitude of 3,491 ft. On your left a large coffee plantation, Swiss-owned, borders the property.

At the top, at an altitude 3,491 ft, you are standing on a 3,281 ft flat plateau without trees, ideal for building. In a 4-wheel drive you can easily drive up to the top.

Walking down on the right part of the finca, enjoying nature at its best, you’ll meet majestic El Guanacaste, Costa Rica’s national tree. On this side of the finca you have wonderful views of Santa Ana and the Central Valley.

A little further down is a Rancho / Barbecue, about 43 x 20 ft, and a bodega with garden tools, about 23 x 13 ft.

Finally you get to a small house, 377 ft2, with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom / shower, fully furnished.

The finca is very private, in a quiet and safe environment. An elementary school is 5 minutes away, Auto Mercado also 5 minutes, Santa Ana center 10 minutes, San Jose about 20 minutes.

What does Santa Ana offer? Highway 27 from San Jose to Caldera (Puntarenas) is approx. 0.6 miles away, the Pacific coast some 45 minutes.

The United World College (awarding the International High School degree) as well as the only 18-hole golf course in the Central Valley (Parque Valle de Sol) open to the public are located in Santa Ana. The town has developed enormously in the last time. Today Santa Ana, with its numerous modern shops, gourmet restaurants, banks, clinics, wellness centers, cafes, hotels and private schools, is one of the most attractive places in the Central Valley.
