The extraordinary building was designed by a professional chef as a home, with the ulterior motive that it could also be used as a bed and breakfast with restaurant.

Construction/miscellaneous:

Precious tropical hardwoods from the region were used for the roof truss construction of the living room, the loft, the staircase, the kitchen cupboards and the bathrooms.

The house is handicapped accessible.

• The kitchen can be used as a professional kitchen, but also works perfectly for families.
• The 200 m2 covered terrace and a carport provide a large, sheltered area outside the house.
• A small 5 sqm storage room is part of the carport.

The property:

Has a size of 11200 m2, is hilly with larger flat areas. There are many fruit trees and plants such as mango, avocado, guanabana, various types of lime, cocoa, cinnamon, bananas and more. The surrounding vegetation consists of mixed forest, open areas have been reforested with native tree species.
