On the Nicoya Peninsula, near San Juanillo, 12 km north of Nosara, in the urbanization “Los Sueños” in the immediate vicinity of the Pacific Ocean.
The Finca Los Sueños – international gated community and nature reserve, has an area of 300 ha, of which 86 ha are a private nature reserve. The finca is nestled in a wild river landscape with pleasant temperatures all year round and always fresh breezes. The location is unique, blessed with plenty of water. The Rosario River flows through the nature reserve under a canopy of ancient trees. Here you can enjoy the company of monkeys, birds and many other animals.
Over the past 25 years, people from Europe, North America and Costa Rica have found the place of their dreams at the finca. To date, 28 houses and villas have been built in various architectural styles.
