The location: Above the village of Montezuma, on a plot of 5000 m/2,
8 minutes’ drive from the beaches, 15 minutes from Cobano.
Property: A jewel, very quietly situated with good connections. Old trees, tropical gardens, view of the jungle. The plot is planted with over 150 trees, a mixture of palms, fruit trees and precious wood trees. At the back it has access to a quebrada, which makes it possible to walk upstream as well as downstream.
The house: “Casa Shangri-la,” built in 2021 is artistically designed, with open vaulted ceilings, a central living-dining room, with a large open kitchen, a large bathroom and two bedrooms. The house was built entirely in Melina wood.

Pool: Size 3 x 6 meters. and is currently a chlorine pool, but can easily be converted into a saltwater pool on request.
