The front flat, built-up part of the finca accounts for about 1 hectare. The rest of the finca is located behind the river course. There is mixed forest with 40 different species of trees such as Manu, Almendro and many more. An ideal breeding place for many bird species, which can be easily observed here.
In the front part of the finca there is a simple two-story house with a kitchen-living room and a nice terrace in the back. On the upper floor of the house there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The adjoining outbuilding houses a workshop and a carport with a pit. Attached to the outbuilding there is an apartment with bathroom and small kitchen.
