The duplex house* is located in a private gated community on the Nicoya Peninsula, the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, just 10 minutes from nearby Playa Naranjo (Puntarenas). The beach is 300 meters away.

House: kitchen-living room, pantry, 2 bedrooms (with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms. The house is furnished and fully equipped (refrigerator, washing machine )
The living area is 155 m², the plot is about 750 m².
The house can be rented through the operators of the facility. The monthly rental income is 1500 US dollars.
Residents of the complex enjoy the use of all 5 beaches within the 2 km long private beach belonging to the complex.
There is a nice open-air restaurant on the beach. In addition, there is covered boat storage and private dock/swimming dock.
The town of Jicaral with stores, banks and restaurants is about 20 minutes away by car.
The Golfo de Nicoya offers best fishing spots and wonderful possibilities for boat trips to the islands of the Golfo or to the famous Isla Tortuga with its white sandy beach.
