Property on the island of Cedros
at Playa Langosta, in the Gulf of Nicoya,
By boat a short turn from the port of Paquera, passing bays and mini islands full of pelicans and other bird species, you reach after about 10 min, the property located in a beautiful bay at Playa Langosta.

On the property there are many coconut trees, fruit trees like, bananas, mango, lemons, oranges, avocados and more, as well as an established vegetable garden and at the end of the finca a chicken coop. Everything is available to be able to live here with many people self-sufficient.
