4 miles to Cahuita
Coming from Limon the plot is 4 miles before you get to Cahuita. Branching off from the main road you continue for about 328 ft before you get to the property. Good driveway.
The front part of the property is flat grassland and regularly cleaned. The rear part is ascending to a hill covered with tropical forest.
Property has electricity and water (own well) and is suitable for private use and/or a small tourist project.
Cahuita, a few minutes away, is a lively place with Caribbean flair. The National Park – with a large coral reef – is one of the most popular ones in Costa Rica.
Miles of long, fine sand beaches, surrounded by lush nature, invite you to swim, snorkel and dive. Inside the park, with a lush vegetation, you can observe many species of colorful butterflies, birds, sloths, howler and capuchin monkeys.
